Terms and Conditions
Qualifying commissions
a/ Commission for free trials only qualify when the artist’s page has actually gone live on the site and the amount will be that quoted on the site.
b/ If the artist continues using the service beyond the free trial period and pays for the service then the affiliate will make a bonus commission for the amount quoted on the site.
c/ The affiliate will be provided with a number of banners available in their admin area, which can be placed on the affiliates own site.
d/ The banners will contain a tracking code unique to each affiliate, which will track successful commissions and traffic from their site to www.intomusic.co.uk
e/ The tracking code will last for 30 days and any commission will qualify if an artist comes back to signup within this time.
Statistics
a/ Within the admin area the affiliate will be able to view how many clicks were made from their site to intomusic.co.uk in a given day.
b/ Commissions will be shown for the given month.
Payments
a/ All payments will be made to the affiliates paypal account. These details must be provided.
b/ Payments will be made mid monthly for the previous months commissions, when the figure reaches £20 or above. E.g All commission earned in June 09 for example will be paid in mid July 09.
Cancellation
a/ Affiliates can cancel at anytime and remove banners from their site.
b/ Intomusic.co.uk can discontinue this service at any time and will notify affiliates of this. After notification no further commissions will be paid for affiliates referrals. Any previous commissions made will be paid in full.
