We offer a reliable same day despatch service by courier, and your delivery will arrive before 1:00pm the following day. This requires a signature, ideally you'll be at the address to sign for the delivery. European deliveries will take between 3 - 5 days. Orders made before 16:00pm on weekdays will be despatched the same day, providing you have met the following - 1/ Your Credit Card or Debit Card Details are processed by our bank. The receipt is only confirmation that we have received your credit card details. It does not mean the card has been debited as we do pre-authorisation checks as well. 2/ You provide a valid LANDLINE PHONE NUMBER on the form and not a mobile number, this will be the number of your billing address or delivery address.
