How Do I Download Music With My Voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed after adding songs to your basket. Choose songs you want by ticking the box next to the song title, then click the button add to basket. Click 'Select All' to choose all the available tracks. Then click 'Proceed To Checkout'. There is field 'Use Voucher To Download Tracks' where you must enter the code printed on your voucher.
What's the best way of finding what I want?
Use the browse menu, of genres to the left. We have marked the songs available to download with vouchers like this '
- Download With Voucher' around 30 artists under a new system are not available for download with vouchers, because they receive payments directly in all different prices.
Do I need to use the voucher all at once?
No you can use it partially, you will automatically receive a password, which you can then use to login and use the remaining downloads.
Why Can't I Find Music From Big Name Artists?
As a site, which sells and focuses on independent music, we don't really feel there was a need for another site selling top40 music. We want to offer new, interesting and diverse music for people looking beyond the mainstream. We have around 3,300 available songs we hope you will find something that you like.
If I loose My Internet Connection, or The Song Can I Download The Song Again?
Yes when you use the voucher you instantly receive a password so you can login again and download the song again. Therefore it's important to make sure the email address you give is correct.
Is every artist available to me?
We have a few new artists currently around 8, some with charity songs and other, in the latest downloads section which are not available but 99.99% is available, we indicate if it is or not.
