How do I play music?
Click the play button next to each artist, this will play up to 20 songs from the artist, in the music player to the left. On the artist page you can play individual tracks or all the tracks in an album or from the artist. You need to have flash player installed on you computer. The player does not work on Apple products, due to lack of support for flash by Apple.
How do I Download Songs?
Choose tracks you want to purchase by ticking the box next to the track, then click the button add to basket. Click 'Select All' to choose all the tracks, if there's more than one. After your payment has been processed, you instantly receive links to download songs. In addition you will receive a password which will enable you download the tracks again if you loose them, or loose your internet connection.
Nothing needs to be installed to download songs and all downloads should work with standard browsers. If the file opens automatically, then you can right click on your mouse and choose the option "save target as" to download the file to a specific location on your computer. When using apple mac use ctrl - click to download the file. Further tracks can be downloaded as pay per track.
Your standard browser settings should prompt you to download or open the file - Into Music recommend you save the file to your choosen folder on your hard drive. For security this is a default setting for most mrowsers, however if at some time in the past you have chosen to automatically open mp3 files, then whenever you download a file it will be sent to your temporary internet folder. To get around this, you should be able to right click on the download link and choose the option "save target as".
Why Can't I Find Music From Big Name Artists?
As a site which sells and focuses on independent music, we don't really feel there was a need for another site selling top 40 music. We want to offer new, interesting and diverse music for people looking beyond the mainstream.
If I lose Internet Connection Before My Song Finishes Downloading, Can I Download the Song Again?
Yes. When you download music you instantly receive an Into Music password - you can use this to log in again and download the song. This is one reason it is important to supply a correct email address - otherwise you will not be able to receive yor passwords
How Do I Download Music With My Voucher?
A voucher can be redeemed after adding songs to your basket. Choose songs you want by ticking the box next to the song title, then click the button add to basket. Click 'Select All' to choose all the available tracks. Then click 'Proceed To Checkout'. There is field 'Use Voucher To Download Tracks' where you must enter the code printed on your voucher.
Do I Need to Use my Voucher All in One Go?
No. You can use your Into Music partially, you will automatically receive a password, which you can then use to login and use the remaining downloads.
