Faulty goods -
All goods carry one years warrantee, in the case of a faulty product you must contact returns@intomusic.co.uk to receive a return invoice number and address details.
All returns must be by registered post and regretfully we cannot cover the cost of return unless the goods are found to be faulty. We will replace faulty products if we have a replacement in stock. If we do not have a replacement in stock
we will send the faulty player to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In the case where the exact same product cannot be supplied by the manufacturer due to discontinued lines or other we have the right to provide you a similar or higher specification product.
European law allows you to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel your order within 7 days, you can request a refund having first returned the goods. Provided the
following conditions have not been breached -
The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as delivered with no security seals broken.
You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the item(s).
The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging
You pay the return freight charges, either by asking us to arrange collection or by using a method of your own choosing.
You may be charged a repackaging fee if the products it not found to be faulty.
