1/ You agree to pay a monthly fee of through the specified method, allowing you to download a certain number tracks per month. You will be billed monthly for the option you choose or either £3.99 (10 tracks), £7.99 (25 tracks), £12.99 (50 tracks), £22.99 (100 tracks). 2/ Your track allowance is refreshed every month, one month from the time you subscribed. Unused downloads are not carried forward to the next month and expire. 2/ Your service will start immediately you make payment and accept the contract. Your login details are automatically generated. Therefore you are not entitled to a cooling off period as the service has started before this period. 3/ Tracks and Subcription Tracks are not refundable once delivered. If you are a member of the Subscription Service and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time before the next billing period one month later. 4/ The minimum payment for the subscription is for one month, no refunds. If a member wishes to cancel their membership they must do so by email to cancelsubscription@intomusic.co.uk. This must be before the next due payment date. 5/ Payments are automatically billed through the stated third party, if for some reason payments cannot be made, you will have an opportunity to re-arrange the payment. If payment cannot be made then IntoMusic can cancel your subscription. 6/ You will have the opportunity to re-download tracks you've bought and have 4 extra chances to do this (a provision for connection failures and similar), if these chances are used up then you must purchase the track again. 7/ These tracks are for your own personal use and may not be shared or distributed to other persons. 8/ Due care must be taken not to disclose your password, to other persons, or allow them to use your password to access the music site. 9/ If you believe your password has been used, then you must contact IntoMusic immediately to have it changed. 10/ Intomusic.co.uk is governed by UK law and legal issues can only be contested in a UK court. 11/ You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf and to register for use of the Service. If you are under 18 and at least 13 years of age, you must present this Agreement to your parent or legal guardian, and he or she must tick the box below to enter into this Agreement on your behalf. Children under the age of 13 may not register for this Service, and parents or legal guardians may not register on their behalf. By ticking the box indicating your acceptance to this Agreement, you represent that (i) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and (ii) you are at least 18 years old, either entering into this Agreement for yourself or entering on behalf of your child or a child in your legal care. If you are a parent or guardian entering this Agreement for the benefit of your child, please be aware that you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Service, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, do not tick the acceptance box and do not attempt to access the Service. 12/ Only customers from the European Union may purchase tracks or subscribe to this service. These include the 25 member countries of : United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden & Spain. Only these countries are available selection options for credit card payments. 13/ All subscription fees are subject to change on a prospective basis upon notice from intomusic.co.uk. If you do not accept the new fees, you should terminate (or downgrade) your subscription immediately. 14/ This Service may present links to third party websites not owned or operated by intomusic.co.uk. Intomusic.co.uk is not responsible for the availability of these sites or their contents. You agree that intomusic.co.uk is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any content of any such site or goods or services available through any such site 15/ You understand and agree that your use of the Service and the Materials is at your own sole risk. Intomusic.co.uk expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty of non-infringement. Intomusic.co.uk does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Products with respect to performance, accuracy, reliability, security capability or otherwise. You will not hold intomusic.co.uk responsible for any damages that result from you accessing (including any software or systems you use to access) the Service or using the Products including, but not limited to, damage to any computer, software or systems or portable devices you use to access the same.
